Like A Comet Gone Too Soon...

International superstar, pop-music legend, and the official KING OF POP , Michael Jackson passed away Thursday June 25, 2009. He was 50.

The Los Angeles County Coroner's office announced that Jackson was transported from his residence in full cardiac arrest on Thursday. They say life-saving efforts were made by paramedics throughout transport to the hospital and efforts in the hospital emergency room continued on unsuccessfully. Jackson was pronounced dead at 2:26 p.m. at UCLA Medical Center in Los Angeles.

The King of Pop, who will be forever immortalized for his world-famous, trademark dance moves and chart-topping success, was arguably one of the most popular recording artists of all time, his success peaking during the 1980s.

Pleasure P

For his Swagga Entertainment/Atlantic Records solo debut release, The Introduction of Marcus Cooper, Pleasure P is singing about just how far he has come in his 23 years of life, and why it is so important for him to keep moving forward.

The first single, “Did You Wrong,” co-produced and written by Rex Zamor, tells a tale of taking responsibility when both parties are at fault in the relationship.Quite a few tracks on Pleasure’s album not only deal with relationships, but aggressive sex talk as well.

Pleasure ventures off to the mellow realm, showcasing his appreciation for R&B musical classics on “Encore,” a testament to his lady love deserving continuous acknowledgement. With a title like “Boyfriend #2,” Pleasure P just wants to keep it real. “I am a grown man and this is what grown people do. Every relationship you break up, you make up and you lay up. I’m not trying to sugar-coat anything and be something that I’m not.”

His debut album THE INTRODUCTION OF MARCUS COOPER in stores & online everywhere June 9th!
